Last night's episode was a great example on how talkative people and great editing makes for gripping TV.
I don't mind vegetarians (vegans are another story), since I often try to have at least one meatless day a week, but it seems that the chefs were limited in what they could cook/serve last night. Nobody had rice, or pasta, or even another grain like quinoa or barley or RICE.
I do feel bad that Jennifer's falling apart. I would've put her in the top 3 with one of the Voltaggio boys and Kevin, but now, I don't know.
...[T]he chefs were told they were going to cook at Craftsteak and quickly fell into reveries about slaughtering lambs and whipping up monkey-brain milkshakes. Of course, it was all for naught, because the chick from Star Wars showed up to rain on their protein parade. [Source]
